Every artwork is produced on commission; I do not keep a stock of ready-made prints. Once your order is received, my laboratory takes a few days for the fine art printing. Subsequently, the artwork arrives at my studio where I personally inspect it, sign it, apply the hologram, and prepare the certificate of authenticity. From the moment of the order to the delivery to your home via express courier, expect about 7-10 business days.
The safety of your artwork during its journey is my absolute priority. The prints are wrapped with extreme care in sheets of acid-free protective paper and shipped inside rigid crush-proof tubes (or reinforced flat packaging, depending on the size). Inside the package, you will always find a pair of white cotton gloves: I recommend wearing them when taking out the print, to handle it in complete safety without leaving fingerprints on the delicate Baryta surface.
All my shipments are tracked and 100% insured. If the tube or package shows obvious damage upon delivery, I ask you to sign the courier’s receipt “Subject to inspection”. If unfortunately the artwork inside turns out to be ruined, write to me within 48 hours attaching some photos: I will personally take care of having a new print produced and shipped at my expense, without any stress for you.
Every photograph you see is a strictly limited edition (for example, only 10 copies worldwide). Along with the artwork, you will receive a Hahnemühle Certificate of Authenticity printed on watermarked paper, which I fill out by hand with the title, the year, the edition number, and my handwritten signature. Furthermore, I apply a unique numbered hologram both on the back of the print and on the certificate: this system makes the artwork forgery-proof and protects its collectible value over time.
